Caring for your clip-in extensions is a breeze with these steps. Start by gently brushing the extensions to remove tangles. Then, fill a basin or sink with warm water and use a small amount of sulfate and paraben-free shampoo. Let them soak for a few minutes and massage the shampoo into the hair while avoiding the clips. Rinse with warm water, apply a small amount of conditioner (still avoiding the clips), and rinse again. After, gently blot with a towel to remove excess water and hang or air dry on low heat. Be sure to avoid harsh chemicals and extreme heat, never sleep with them in, and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. These practices will keep your clip-in extensions looking great.
